The 26^th annual Concrete Canada in Toronto at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre is just a week or so away and promises to be the biggest in the shows quarter century history.

The 2014 edition of the show will be held concurrently with PM Expo, Homebuilder & Renovator Expo and Concrete Canada in the South Building of the convention Centre. That’s not all – this year the event will expand into the North Building to include Construct International and IIDEXCanada.

All shows combined creates The Buildings Show, which will serve as one of North America’s largest exposition, networking and educational event – over 35, 000 expected to attend.

Not only is this one of the most looked forward to events in North America, but is also taking place in the city with one of the biggest construction booms in the world. For example, at this moment, Toronto is home to the most high-rise construction projects in the world. In fact, Toronto has 50 per cent more high-rise construction sites than the second place city in the world, New York City. High-Rise construction projects are the wave of the future – building up, not out.

The three days in December will be bringing together more than 350 seminars and demonstrations, as well as 1, 600 exhibits, including our Kryton booth located at 55 in the Concrete Canada area.  Included at Kryton’s booth is distributor, Form & Build Supply Inc., bringing some of the foremost experts in concrete technology to the event for the benefit of everyone in attendance. The show really is a chance to educate and promote the future of the concrete industry in North America, as well as introduce technologies to both the public and those within the industry that might not be well known.
