Canada-China business relations are always an important strategic business relationship for the Canadian Government, as well as manufacturing companies in both countries.
Kryton has understood the importance of its relationship with China, expanding services into the area in 1975. Since the mid-80s, Kryton has been selling Krystol technology in mainland China through Hong Kong and opened its own office out of Beijing in 2000.
On Saturday November 8th, 2014 in Beijing, Prime Minister Stephen Harper will deliver a keynote speech and engage with business leaders, including Kryton’s Regional Manager in China, Helen Qiao. Helen will be representing Kryton as Prime Minister Harper and the CCBC support a strategic cooperation agreement between Kryton and Beijing Capital Land Ltd. for the supply of concrete waterproofing materials.
Along with the Prime Minister; John Baird, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Ed Fast, Minister of International Trade; James Moore, Minister of Industry; Gerry Ritz, Minister of Agriculture and Agri-food; and Alice Wong, Minister of State for Seniors, will also be present in Beijing. Helen will have a chance to network with those attending before the speaking sessions on Saturday.
Support from the Prime Minister for Kryton’s branch office in China is not only important to us, but also Canadian Manufacturers in general.
