The British Columbia Building Envelope Council (BCBEC) has stepped into the world of publishing with their inaugural edition of BCBEC Elements magazine.
Now the council has moved into the world of publishing, providing the specialized industry with a magazine hitting on the important issues and innovations within the industry. As education and learning is one of the pillars for which BCBEC was founded, the magazine will serve as an outlet for industry members to receive up-to-date, relevant building envelope news.
The inaugural issue highlighted many different key talking points and ideas, including the history of the BCBEC, information of strata depreciation reports and even a case study on the green building practices
Questions on the challenges of pushing for innovation, doing business globally from British Columbia, and why Kryton was named as one of the best companies to work for 4-years in a row are all answered. Kari also gives her opinion on what exactly makes a good CEO.
