Kryton has had a long and rich 42-year history within the concrete waterproofing industry globally. Throughout the growth of the company, there have been many factors that have contributed to the success. But, in the end, it always comes back to the people within the company, developing and retaining talent.

Since taking over as President and CEO in 2001, Kari Yuers has made sure that every employee in the company understands that their hard-work and efforts are equally valuable in growing the Kryton brand around the world.  With that, a solid succession planning process has been critical.

In the May 2015 edition of Canadian HR Reporter, five CEO’s, including Kari, where asked about the importance of succession planning within their organizations. This article delves into these issues and more.
