The New Civil Engineer (NCE) Tunneling Summit is coming up quickly, beginning tomorrow in London England. This year’s conference will be bringing together decision makers from across the industry to share insights into the design, procurement and delivery of current and upcoming projects in the United Kingdom and throughout the world.
Leaders and decision makers in the tunneling industry will be updating conference goers on the delivery of major projects, with discussions focusing around the trends in asset management and whole life-cycle strategies.
Kryton International Inc. will be present at this prestigious event, alongside our distributor in the area, Source One Environmental (S1E). S1E are exclusive importers and distributors of the our Krystol concrete waterproofing technology, focusing on the sales, marketing and distribution of materials and systems that support the construction and repairs of buildings and water containment systems. Together with UK Territory Manager, Gary Penk, S1E and Kryton will be manning booth #6 for the duration of the conference.
As an added bonus to the conference, one of Kryton’s key tunneling projects – The ‘Strachan Avenue Grade Separation Tunnel Project’ in Toronto, which used Kryton’s Krystol Internal Membrane (KIM) as the waterproofing solution, is up for most innovative product of the year at the International Tunneling & Underground Space Awards this year. Kryton’s KIM was shortlisted along with a number of other products for the honor, but is optimistic about the chances.
The NCE summit is from December 3-4, with the Tunneling awards taking place on the evening of the 4th.
If you’re headed to the event, stop by booth #6 to learn more about Kryton’s Krystol technology and what it can do for your project.
